Your one-stop-shop for all things related to community health. Step Time, Inc. is a new agency in the Madison community that serves individuals with housing, employment, mental health, and substance abuse concerns.
Our mission is to provide a helping hand to those in need and empower them to lead a fulfilling life. We believe that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.

Traci L. "T"
CEO & President (MS, CSAC, CS-IT)
Traci is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) & Clinical Supervisor-In Training (CS-IT), licensed in the state of Wisconsin through the Department of Safety and Professional Services. "T" is currently completing her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is dedicated to the evidence-based treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. With over 20 years of experience, she can relate to and understand the barriers we each face at some point in our lives.
