Traci L. "T" (she, her, hers)

CEO & President (MS, CSAC, CS-IT)

 

Traci is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) & Clinical Supervisor-In Training (CS-IT), licensed in the state of Wisconsin through the Department of Safety and Professional Services. "T" is currently completing her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is dedicated to the evidence-based treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. With over 20 years of experience, she can relate to and understand the barriers we each face at some point in our lives.

Mental Health Professional

Michael W. MS, LPC (he, him, his)

Mike is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Substance Use Specialty, who has experience working with individuals to address a variety of mental health and substance use concerns. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and an emphasis in substance use treatment. Mike has received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), trauma informed treatment, and substance use treatment, and has experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, case management, medication-assisted treatment, and clinical supervision. Mike has experience as a clinician providing direct services to individuals and groups, as well providing supervision to various agencies and clinicians in Dane County. Mike specializes in providing client centered, strengths based treatment to a variety of populations, to treat issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. Through treatment modalities such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapies, Michael works with individuals to help them mobilize their own resources, and use their own strengths and abilities to learn, cope, adapt, and grow in their recovery.

Service Facilitator

Yinuo (Yennie) B. MS (she, her, hers)

Yinuo (Yennie) B. is a service facilitator with Step Time who is passionate about being a bridge between clients and the resources that can support their growth and well-being. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with training in mental health, disability services, and vocational support. She uses person-centered approaches to empower clients to take meaningful steps towards their personal goals. Outside of work, Yennie enjoys crocheting, cooking, and traveling. Her personal motto is: "Empowerment starts with believing in yourself."
